Terms of Service

The App lets studio members book and manage classes, view plans and payments and manage their profile, as well as management features for the studio team. The App complements the studio's in-person services.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access areas or data you are not entitled to, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the App.

Bookings, cancellations, plans and payments are governed by the rules and prices communicated by the studio. Payment records in the App reflect amounts agreed with the studio; any payments are processed outside the App unless stated otherwise.

The App and the studio's services are for training and wellbeing purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You take part in activities at your own risk.

The App, the Re.mov brand and all related content are owned by the studio or its licensors. No licence is granted except as needed to use the App under these Terms.

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the App and request closure of your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer.
